Here is an example of the BS the ABA players have to deal with and the twisted logic the NBA uses to “justify” their position. Notice how they say they help. Very clever in it’s duplicity.
For example, if I owe you 50K a year in pension and I refuse to give it to you. Then lets say you need $1,000 for medical help and the NBA provides it. TECHNICALLY they can say they helped but in actuality, they still are keeping their rightful money away from them.
